If you are interested in renting a property that you have viewed, please complete the following two forms and return them to us with all the relevant paperwork:

• Tenant Application Form
• NLA Credit and Reference Agency Application Form
• Deposit Protection Scheme Information for Applicant

You will also need to supply a copy of your photo I.D., a recent bank statement (last 3 months) and a year old bank statement.

We will then complete all reference and credit checks, and contact you as soon as the paperwork is processed.

If your application is successful, but the property is unavailable to rent immediately, you will need to complete the following form and return it to us with the relevant payment in order to hold the property. This payment can be used as part payment for your initial deposit or first months rent at the start of the tenancy.

Once your paperwork is complete and you are ready to move in, you will be required to enter into a standard National Landlords Association Tenancy Agreement. Below is a copy for your information.
